1. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale long and slowly through your mouth.
2. Focus your attention upwards, lift your chin a bit and inhale deeply again, letting it out through your mouth.
3. Set the intention to connect with them at  the highest vibrations possible.
4. Call on your Spirit Team* and ask your angels to surround you with white light and love.
5. Talk to your Spirit Team like a friend.
6. Ask them to show you something, ask for guidance, ask for support, ask for protection, anything you need at that moment.
7. Sit for a second or two in this stillness, breathe calmly and with intention.
8. Notice, sense and feel where they are connecting with you. Is it in your physical body? In your heart space? Your aura? Do you feel a warmth in your heart space? A tingle in your body or head area? A slight pressure in your energy field/aura? A warmth around your neck, usually on one side? This is them giving you the signs that they hear you and are with you. 
9. Let them know you “feel” their presence.
10. Being aware of your energy and how your Spirit Team* connects with you on a daily basis is really powerful. 
11. Always tell them thank you. Thank you for supporting me and being there for me when I call on them.

 I use this daily. It’s amazing how Spirit shows up for us, we just have to be tuned in at the highest vibration while calling on them with the best intentions.

> > > They may answer your call in a non-literal way. For example: If you ask them to give validation that you are connecting psychically and are becoming stronger with your gifts, they may not show you in the way you think they would. They may show you a hawk several times before you understand that is their ‘sign’ to showing you that you are on the right path and that you are growing your gifts every day. In the future, when you see a hawk, tell it ‘thank you’ because you get their message. It’s really cool!
